In this interactive session, teachers will learn how to detect what is the driving force in a student’s life and then create practical strategies for helping them meet their needs at a high level through their music studies. These insights can also be used to troubleshoot professional relationships and better connect with students, parents, and colleagues. Julia Sansone has taught piano for 20 years and is a certified Strategic Intervention Coach. By applying Human Needs Psychology to her teaching, Julia has seen her teaching effectiveness and private studio grow exponentially.
