This year, the CMTA Youth Student Recital will be held at The Center at Belvedere in November. Students of CMTA members are invited to perform at a recital featuring compositions of music composed in the 21st century (i.e., 2000 – 2021). All instruments, including chamber ensembles and voice, may participate. Each CMTA teacher may submit up to two students to perform for this event. Teachers should confer with the Recital Chair (Marie Powers Ellis) ahead of time about any questions regarding a particular composition or before selecting a longer piece.
